A night out in Tijuana: start with the night

Choose the kind of evening

A good night starts with one decision: are you going for a particular artist, a dance floor, or time to talk? Build around that choice instead of trying to fit several neighborhoods into one evening. Save one main destination and a nearby backup.

Three starting points

For dancing, look at the room-by-room program at Las Pulgas on Avenida Revolución. For a ticketed show, Marko Disko’s official links list individual concerts and other performances. For a brewery stop, Insurgente publishes separate locations for Centro, Cacho and its brewery. Check the specific branch or show; these are different kinds of outings.

Confirm before paying

Open the venue or promoter’s own announcement. Match the year, date, location and ticket seller. Ask about the cover charge, identification, age policy, dress requirements and any table minimum. Confirm the currency and what the quoted price includes. Save the actual ticket or reservation, not just a screenshot of an old flyer.

Make the return trip part of the plan

Decide who is driving or how you will get a ride before the first drink. Save your hotel address and agree on a pickup point with your group. Keep enough phone charge and money for the return journey. If you are crossing into the U.S., allow a separate buffer for the border.

Check again on the day

An artist announcement is not a guarantee that a show remains scheduled. Look for changes, cancellations or a new venue. A late-night performance may be advertised using the date the evening begins.
