93 Beer Tap

93 Beer Tap is the taproom of Cervecería 1993, a small Tijuana brewery, on Avenida Francisco I. Madero in Zona Centro, a block from Avenida Revolución. Earlier in the night it works as a taproom; later it fills up past midnight for DJ sets with a rave-like feel, as Tijuana Adventure’s beer guide put it, and a 2026 roundup on the same site called the place “more like an EDM club than a brewery.”

The beer

Co-founder and head brewer Abraham “el Ham” Rodríguez named the brand for the year he was born and previously brewed with Mamut, according to Tijuana Adventure. The beers were first poured at Omerta Cafe, at the end of Revolución, and the brewery opened its own taproom in the late summer of 2021. Untappd lists dozens of its beers, from hazy IPAs and pale ales to a cream ale, a Japanese-style rice lager and coffee and mocha stouts, and new ones kept coming in 2026, among them Lake of Fire, a double IPA, and Llamarada Moe, a hazy pale ale. Tijuana Adventure credits the can art to tattoo artist Shemo.

The nights

The music is electronic, mostly house and tech house. Resident Advisor listings show the pattern: the Late Night Jackin crew brought Boys Don’t Disco and Paul Najera on Oct. 3, 2025, from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m., and the MØD collective took over the rooftop on Oct. 17, 2026, from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. Tijuana Eventos listed a Theus Mago night there on Oct. 10, 2026. The taproom is also one of the promoters behind DJ Harvey’s Halloween night at Marko Disko, per RA.

Prices and entry

Entry depends on the night. For the Oct. 10 night, Tijuana Eventos listed first-phase presale tickets at MX$100 plus fees, and Tijuana Adventure notes that the club sometimes charges a cover. Age limits are set per event, and recent RA listings ranged from 18+ to 21+, so bring photo ID. Tijuana Adventure describes the dress code as undisclosed.

Getting there

93 Beer Tap is at Av. Francisco I. Madero 1270, between Calle Sexta and Calle Séptima, on the same block as Moustache Bar and around the corner from the Calle Sexta bars. From the San Ysidro crossing it’s a short taxi or ride-hail trip, and a ride is the easy way back after a late set.

Good to know

• Hours: we couldn’t find official hours. An undated Wanderlog listing shows Thursday to Sunday from 6 p.m., closing at 2 a.m. or 4 a.m., and RA nights have run until 3 or 4 a.m.; check Instagram before you go.
• Food: the kitchen has changed hands a few times, Tijuana Adventure reports, so check what’s being served before you plan dinner there.
