DJ Harvey, billed by the promoters as “El Rey del Disco,” plays his first Tijuana date at Marko Disko on Halloween night, Saturday, Oct. 31, according to the event’s Resident Advisor page, which runs the party from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.; the events site Tijuana Eventos lists a 9 p.m. start. Into Outer Space and Séptima present it as a costume party, with warm-up sets from former Marko Disko residents Soul Of Hex and Oro Negro, plus Bailey and Alena Vox, who comes from Mexico City.
Tickets are sold on Boletia; Tijuana Eventos lists phase 1 at 650 pesos plus fees. It’s 18 and over. Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. that night, so clocks go back an hour mid-party. Directions are on our Marko Disko profile, and more plans for that weekend are in our Día de Muertos planner.
