Where to eat: Restaurant Week’s final days

Tijuana Restaurant Week runs through Thursday, Nov. 12, at about 140 establishments, En Línea BC reported, with two- and three-course menus at 199, 399 and 799 pesos, according to Canirac Tijuana’s president (how it works). Two places new to our directory are on the 799-peso list: Maximiliano Bistró, chef Ernesto Zamora’s brunch and contemporary Mexican house on Calle Gobernador Ibarra, and Mochomos, the Sonoran restaurant known for premium cuts, on Bulevar Agua Caliente.

Before you go

Bring ID to anything 18+, plan your ride home from late shows, and check border waits before you head back: San Ysidro’s general car lanes topped two hours on Wednesday (our story). El Buen Fin starts next Friday, Nov. 13 (dates), and Thanksgiving planning starts in our planner. Times can change, so confirm with the venue or organizer, and find more ideas in our guides.
