Medio Maratón UABC: the 21K starts at the Facultad de Deportes on Sunday, Nov. 8, at 6:30 a.m.

The third Medio Maratón UABC 21K starts and finishes at the Facultad de Deportes of the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in Tijuana on Sunday, Nov. 8, at 6:30 a.m., on a route through Otay, El Imparcial reported. Zeta says the course heads out to Calzada Tecnológico, runs through Altabrisa and along Bulevar Alberto Limón Padilla and Bulevar Industrial before returning to campus, and is certified by World Athletics. Zeta’s report gave the date as “domingo 9 de noviembre,” but Nov. 9 is a Monday; El Imparcial’s reports, in March and October, give Nov. 8.

Entry is 500 pesos and includes a timing chip, a shirt and a finisher’s medal, according to Zeta. El Imparcial says bibs are sold online at mediomaraton.uabc.mx, with a service fee, or at the faculty without one.
