Parque Morelos is listed to host México Eterno: Noche de Ánimas, a free Día de Muertos celebration for families, every night from Thursday, Oct. 29, through Monday, Nov. 2, from 6 to 11 p.m. The listing on Tijuana Eventos names the Tijuana city government as organizer, with its economic development office (Sedeti) and the business institute IDVE, and describes cempasúchil flowers, candles and other traditional altar elements, for all ages.
No detailed program had been published when we checked on Oct. 18, and this is the only listing we found, so confirm before you go. The park is on Bulevar Insurgentes in La Mesa; see our profile.
