As part of a larger initiative, since March 7th, the State Police have taken over security in Rosarito, which involved replacing 264 municipal officers. These officers are currently undergoing psychological, medical, and toxicology tests, as well as social background checks and polygraph exams as part of a comprehensive vetting process.
