Tijuana – The State Commission of Public Services of Tijuana (CESPT), under the Juan Ojeda district, is currently addressing a water leak problem in a 30-inch main line located on Blvd. Bellas Artes in Otay Module 4. The maintenance work is expected to cause reduced water pressure or intermittent supply in several neighborhoods: Otay Xicoténcatl, Fovissste II, Campestre Murua, RÃo Vista, Otay Constituyentes, Otay GalerÃas, and Maestros Universitarios.
