According to Alberto Quintanar, the director general of the Tijuana branch, the institution is on track to close the year with approximately 50,000 services, compared to the 40,000 to 42,000 service records of the previous year. With two months still to go, they have already completed around 42,000 services.

Quintanar highlighted that a majority of their efforts have been focused on assisting patients with chronic degenerative diseases. “Automobile accidents come in second, though cases of drug overdoses, while prominent, do not represent a high percentage,” he added.
