Torres Ramírez attributes this decline to economic uncertainties in the United States, suggesting fears of a recession are causing potential tourists to prioritize financial stability over vacations. This conservative spending is apparent in reduced activity on booking platforms like Booking.com and Expedia, with travelers delaying or canceling their travel plans.
However, Rosarito remains committed to hosting lively Spring Break events to attract both local and international visitors. Papas&Beer, a popular beachfront venue, is hosting four consecutive weekends of events featuring live performances by artists such as Diplo, Sexyy Red, Wiz Khalifa, and Lil Jon. These events boast pool parties, open bars, and beachfront concerts aimed at providing unforgettable experiences for those in attendance.
