Baja California’s Secretary of Citizen Security, Laureano Carrillo RodrÃguez, confirmed that one complaint is being handled by the State Attorney General’s Office, while another is with the Internal Control Body of the security department. “We’ve received two formal complaints, and an investigation is ongoing,” Carrillo RodrÃguez stated.
He also mentioned that while there have been various allegations circulating on social media, no additional formal reports have been submitted for review.
