### Free Wrestling Events Highlight Tijuana Talent in “Navidad Luchona”
Throughout December, Tijuana’s Avenida Revolución will be hosting free wrestling events organized by the local government through the Municipal Sports Institute. Aptly named “Navidad Luchona,” this series kicked off on December 8th, showcasing the talents from the Lucha Libre School of Tijuana (LLT), guided by the esteemed instructor, Arandu.
Prominent figures from the opening event included Valeria Blade and Angelux, who faced off against Maléfica and Inframundo. Other exciting matches featured Kabuki versus Solin, Mr. Chamoy against Misionero de la Muerte, and the duo Kavall and Psicodelia challenging Brujito Ryder.
These matches attracted a large crowd of wrestling fans who cheered for every move executed in the ring. Arandu emphasized the mutual benefit, stating, “This is a reciprocal event—fans get to enjoy a free, high-quality event, and our budding wrestlers gain invaluable experience.”
He further appreciated the efforts by the local government in making this happen, describing it as “a beautiful gesture,” likening it to a gift for the attendees during such an important time of the year, and a family-friendly event that enlivens Avenida Revolución.
The free wrestling spectacles will continue on December 15th, 22nd, and 29th, each beginning at 4 p.m. at the designated area on Avenida Revolución between fifth and sixth streets.

Adding to the excitement and fervor surrounding “Navidad Luchona,” new details have emerged about the significance of these wrestling shows for emerging talent. As these free events unfold every Sunday throughout December, they not only provide vibrant entertainment but also play a crucial role in the development of new wrestlers training at the LLT.
Under the adept supervision of trainer Arandu, these athletes are learning the ropes in the competitive world of Lucha Libre, using this platform to enhance their skills and gain exposure in front of an eager audience.
Adjacent to the primary performances, there is rich anticipation for future bouts planned for December 15th, 22nd, and 29th. These events are expected to draw burgeoning talents from across the region, offering them the stage to prove their mettle and potentially catch the eye of influential figures within the wrestling circuit.
