On the early morning of October 22, a worker at Prime Wheel in the Otay area of Tijuana tragically lost his life after being trapped by machinery. The incident occurred around 12:15 a.m. on Calle Exportadores in the Ejido Chilpancingo neighborhood within the Otay Centenario district.
