The Halloween operation will begin at 3:00 PM on October 31st and conclude at 3:00 AM on November 1st. The city will deploy approximately 469 police officers with the support of 197 patrol cars and 12 motorcycles at various points of vigilance from 5:00 PM onwards. Rafael Carrillo, Tijuana’s Fire Department Director, noted, “We will also use drones for monitoring crowd density and adherence to safety regulations. Firefighters will be stationed strategically to respond to any emergencies.”
