**Mass Shooting in Tabasco Bar Leaves Six Dead and Ten Injured**
In the early hours of November 24, a violent attack at a bar in Villahermosa, Tabasco resulted in the deaths of six people and injuries to ten others. The incident occurred at the entrance of DBar, located in the La Choca area. According to initial investigations by the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE), the attack was aimed at a specific patron of the bar, and all fatalities were linked to this target, suggesting the attack was not connected to organized crime.
Despite official reports, videos circulating on social media depicted a group of individuals entering the bar and indiscriminately opening fire on patrons before fleeing the scene. The attack took place around 4 a.m. Five victims died at the scene, while the sixth succumbed to injuries at Hospital Rovirosa, as confirmed by the Deputy Prosecutor for Common Crimes, Gilberto Melquiades Miranda Díaz.
Among the ten injured, five were admitted to Hospital Rovirosa for treatment. Four men suffered gunshot wounds, and a woman sustained injuries from a fall while attempting to escape. Two other individuals are receiving medical care at private hospitals in the state capital of southeastern Mexico.
In response to the attack, FGE personnel collected evidence and secured the crime scene, which is now under the protection of the Mexican Army and National Guard.
