Silva was also a talented author, having published several works, including “Cantos para un Ángel,” “Voces Nativas de Baja California,” and “El teatro como memoria de lo humano.” His directorial accomplishments included successful productions such as Federico García Lorca’s “El maleficio de la mariposa,” Albert Camus’s “The Just,” and Alejandro Jodorowsky’s “Panic Opera.” As an actor, he was celebrated for his extensive performances of “Stories of Don Quixote” at the Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT), where his efforts were commemorated with a special plaque.
