According to Laureano Carrillo RodrÃguez, the Secretary of Citizen Security in Baja California, one complaint has been filed with the State Attorney General’s Office and another with the Internal Control Body of the security department. Carrillo RodrÃguez stated, “We’ve received complaints concerning the state police. We currently have two formal cases under investigation.”
