In Rosarito, four officers from the State Police have been temporarily relieved of their duties following two official complaints since the State Police assumed control of local security on March 7th. Laureano Carrillo RodrÃguez, the Secretary of Citizen Security in Baja California, shared that one of the complaints was lodged with the State Attorney General’s Office and another with the Internal Control Body of the security department.
