**Threats Made in Narcomanta Against Former Federal Deputy Armando Reyes**

A narcomanta was discovered hanging on the railing of the bridge at El Gallo traffic junction, located at the intersection of Reforma and Esmeralda streets in the Valle Dorado neighborhood, Ensenada. The sign was found on the morning of Monday, October 14, 2024, and made explicit threats against former federal deputy Armando Reyes and Raúl Edgardo Millán, accusing them of fraud and corruption.

The ominous message, written in black and red letters, was signed by “La Maña.” It demanded the return of money and weapons, threatening severe consequences if their demands were not met. The narcomanta was reported to the authorities by the C-5 system around 6:48 AM.

The message stated: “This is for you, scammer rat Raúl Edgardo Millán. Return the money or the weapons you promised, you, along with the corrupt Armando Reyes from San Quintín, will suffer the consequences. Regards, La Maña.”
