“Jando,” identified as a trusted aviator and operator within the cartel, is believed to be closely associated with Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar, known as “El Chapito.” He’s accused of orchestrating explosive attacks in Vascogil and Tamazula, Durango in 2024, as well as participating in drug trafficking to the United States.
