Backed by strong support from the State Government, this internationally renowned off-road race promises to deliver both thrilling action and a significant boost to local tourism.
Currently, 234 teams from around the world have already registered, representing countries such as Argentina, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, the United States, Japan, and Mexico. Registrations remain open until April 3, and more entries are expected.
The State Tourism Secretary highlighted the event’s importance, noting that the SCORE San Felipe 250 serves as a major tourism driver that showcases Baja California’s spirit of adventure, sportsmanship, and hospitality.
Participants have started preparing for the challenging 250-mile course through the rugged San Felipe desert, which is known for its technical difficulties.
Event Schedule:
– Thursday, April 3: Trophy Trucks will participate in an exclusive qualification round.
– Friday, April 4: The day will commence with official mechanical inspections (Tech & Contingency), featuring a meet-up for fans, media, and racers.
– Saturday, April 5: At 6:00 a.m., motorcycles and quads will begin the race, followed by four-wheel vehicles at 10:00 a.m.
– Sunday, April 6: The event concludes with an award ceremony celebrating the achievements of the participants.
