### FGR Prosecutes Two Individuals Detained with Arsenal and Drugs
**Ensenada, Baja California** – The Federal Public Prosecutor (MPF) has successfully initiated legal proceedings against two individuals who were discovered with a significant cache of weapons and drugs. This development comes following a request for a hearing at the Control Judge’s office, who deemed the arrests legal and dictated the continuation of the judicial process.
The General Prosecutor’s Office (FGR), through its Federal Office in Baja California, achieved this through the District Court Specialized in the Penal Accusatory System based in Ensenada. The accused, identified as Ramón “L” and Raúl “G,” face charges related to offenses against public health and violations of the Federal Law on Firearms and Explosives.
According to the investigation, officers from the State Citizen Security Force (FESC) intercepted the suspects in a vehicle in the vicinity of the Gustavo Díaz Ordaz area in Ensenada. The search revealed ten long firearms, two short firearms, 11 magazines, a grenade launcher, 534 live rounds of various calibers, 405 bags of marijuana, and 3,050 bags containing methamphetamine.
Subsequently, the MPF requested a hearing at the Control Judge’s office. After validating the legality of the arrests, the judge issued formal charges and ordered pre-trial detention for the accused. A three-month period has been allocated for the complementary investigation.
