### Father and Son Attacked in Tijuana Neighborhood
A tragic incident unfolded on the night of Monday, August 12, resulting in the death of a father and injury of two young men in the Herrera neighborhood, Tijuana. The attack occurred around 7:00 PM at a water treatment plant located on Mulegé Street.

Responding officers from the Municipal Police found one man inside the establishment and another outside, the latter with gunshot wounds to the face and abdomen. Another young man, Valentín Ernesto, 17, from Tijuana, also sustained injuries.
