The first case involves Isaura Karina “N,” who allegedly entered a city store on January 7th and stole baby clothing. She was reported to the authorities, leading to an arrest warrant for aggravated theft against her. She was recently captured in the Independencia neighborhood.

In a separate incident, Adriana Lizeth “N” was apprehended on Avenida Los Charros in the José Sandoval neighborhood. She is accused of vehicle theft under the use category and is now under judicial custody.

Between January and November 2024, Tijuana recorded 5,794 vehicle theft complaints and 1,796 business thefts.
