The leak, located at kilometer 5+400 on Boulevard 2000, involves a 36-inch diameter pipeline. The State Commission of Public Services in Tijuana (Cespt) has initiated repair works to address the issue.

According to Cespt, the repair operations require the temporary closure of the water supply for the affected areas. The continuous maintenance work is expected to last for approximately 14 hours. Following the repair, a gradual restoration of the water service is anticipated, with complete recovery expected by Friday, September 20.
