**Car Theft Case in Tijuana: Three Suspects Linked to Proceedings**

In a recent legal development in Baja California, three individuals have been formally linked to proceedings for their alleged involvement in vehicle theft in Tijuana. Authorities charge them with aggravated vehicle theft in the modality of use and possession.
Rubén “N” is the first individual indicted. He is accused of using a stolen motor vehicle, specifically a white 2004 Chevrolet Silverado. This vehicle, reported stolen in Tijuana, was being driven by Rubén “N” when he was apprehended by the National Guard on the Mexicali-Tijuana highway on October 17, 2024.
In another incident on October 19, 2024, suspects Jesús Roberto “N” and Rafael “N” were detained by the State Citizen Security Force. The duo was found on the Tijuana-Tecate freeway in a black 1990 Nissan, which also was reported stolen in the area.
During court sessions, precautionary measures were set for the suspects, and a one-month period was established to conduct supplementary investigations.
