Upon arrival, the Municipal Police found a human form wrapped in a grey plastic bag. The body was bound with a white cable, revealing some hair sticking out. As a result, the area has been cordoned off for forensic investigations, and the lane running from Bulevar Federico BenÃtez to Zona Rio has been closed.
