For instance, this past Monday, we were invited on a Sunday. Such short notice disrupts pre-planned agendas, affecting not just the officials but the citizens they serve,” he commented.
Leyva Pérez also noted the potential for absentee councilors to be replaced if they do not provide valid justifications for their absences. “If the absentee councilors do not justify their absences and continue missing sessions, after three consecutive absences, it might be requested that the alternate take their place,” he concluded.
Despite the ongoing challenges, Leyva Pérez remains committed to serving and is prepared for future convocations. His stance indicates a dedication to resolving any misunderstandings and focusing on the responsibilities at hand.
