The elderly man succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival, though the location of the attack remains unknown.

Finally, at 10:42 PM, a suitcase containing human remains was found on Gustavo Díaz Ordaz Boulevard. Investigators found a torso and two legs wrapped in blankets and plastic bags.
