### 146 Homicides in Tijuana in September
In Tijuana, the month of September witnessed a brutal wave of violence, culminating in 146 homicides. On Friday, September 27 alone, multiple grisly discoveries added to the month’s grim tally.
Earlier that morning at 9:54 AM, residents of El Triunfo found two severed arms inside a white plastic bucket on the sidewalk near Querétaro and Morelia streets, one left arm and one right arm. Later that day, at 1:36 PM, a 41-year-old man, who remains unidentified, was found with gunshot wounds on Emiliano Zapata Street in the Ejido Ojo de Agua neighborhood.
Just an hour later at 2:33 PM, the lifeless body of an 18-year-old, also suffering from gunshot wounds to the head, was discovered on a rural path in the Horóscopo neighborhood. Tragically, by 7:42 PM, another horrific scene emerged in the Alemán neighborhood: the remains of a man, estimated to be between 30 and 35 years old, were found in a black plastic box inside the trunk of a gray sedan parked on Mar Caribe Street.
Despite these terrifying incidents, no arrests have been made so far.
