According to the victim, Jorge Alberto threatened him with a knife and forcibly took his money and bicycle. The police, after receiving a description and direction from the victim, managed to locate and arrest the suspect. The authorities recovered the stolen bicycle and confiscated a knife approximately 23 centimeters long from Jorge Alberto.
