In a heartfelt ceremony, the Recreational and Sports Park Cerro de las Abejas was officially inaugurated, benefiting families residing in Tijuana’s eastern region. The project saw a substantial investment of 192.7 million pesos, with 171.3 million provided by the local government and an additional 21.4 million from private initiatives.
The park covers a vast area of 7.6 hectares, with an additional 40 hectares dedicated to hiking activities. It boasts a variety of facilities including:
