**Home Collapse in Tijuana Following Gas Explosion**

A wooden house in the Pedregal de Santa Julia neighborhood of Tijuana collapsed after a gas explosion early Friday morning, August 30th. One individual sustained injuries.
The Tijuana Fire Department reported receiving a call around 7:59 a.m. about an explosion on Guadalupe Victoria Street in the mentioned neighborhood. Upon arrival at the scene, station 7 confirmed the collapse of the house due to a gas mine explosion.
A 51-year-old man suffered first and second-degree burns as a result of the incident. Emergency medical assistance from the Red Cross was requested, and rescue units are still on the scene.
In a separate incident in the Manuela Paredes II neighborhood of the San Antonio de Los Buenos delegation, three houses caught fire on a hillside at around 9:12 p.m. on Thursday, August 29th. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. Later, at 10:38 p.m. in the same area, another fire broke out, which was eventually extinguished. However, authorities discovered a charred body at the scene.
