**Three More Bodies Found in Tijuana, All with Gunshot Wounds**

According to the State Investigation Agency (AEI), three additional bodies were discovered in Tijuana from Friday, August 2nd to Saturday morning, August 3rd. These latest findings contribute to the over one thousand homicides recorded in the city so far in 2024. The victims included two men and one woman, all who had gunshot wounds.

Early on Friday morning at 8:39 a.m., two deceased men aged between 30 and 35 were found on a dirt road near the foot of a hill alongside Sierra Coalcoman street in the Ejido Rojo Gómez area. One man was identified by his green sweatshirt and jeans, while the other, described only as having a dark complexion and slim build, both bore gunshot wounds in various parts of their bodies.

Later that same day, at 3:46 p.m., Municipal Police received reports from citizens who heard gunfire on 6th street in the Zona Centro neighborhood. Officers arrived at the scene alongside forensic experts and discovered the body of an unidentified woman between 25 and 30 years old on the sidewalk, also with gunshot wounds.

With these discoveries, the total number of homicides for August has reached six, comprising five men and one woman.
