**Tijuana Fair 2024 Officially Opens**
Accompanied by Jorge Kuri, President of the Interactive Museum, and Juan Coronado, Director of the Tourism Committee, along with municipal representatives, entrepreneurs Carlos Espinoza de los Monteros and Claudia Téllez García, directors of Ras Entertainment, officially inaugurated the traditional Tijuana Fair 2024 yesterday, August 23rd.
The Audiorama El Trompo venue came alive with the presence of over a hundred artisanal, commercial, institutional, and gastronomic stands, as well as more than 50 mechanical rides. In his speech, Carlos Espinoza emphasized the importance of the event due to its diverse musical offerings, featuring artists from various genres. The Ras Entertainment representative highlighted they are still working on bringing more surprises to the venue, anticipating a significant turnout during the festivities.
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the event’s authorities, along with members of the press, toured the stands, enjoying the colorful and aromatic atmosphere with treats like esquites, barbecues, nata pastries, and hot dogs filling the fairgrounds.
The Tijuana Fair will be held from August 23rd to September 29th at the Interactive Museum and Palenque locations. More than 50 artists are scheduled to perform. Entrance fees are set at 150 pesos from Monday to Thursday (which includes all mechanical rides except bumper cars) and 75 pesos from Friday to Sunday. Notably, concert tickets for the Audiorama and Palenque venues include free access to the fair.
