Upon arrival, officers from the State Citizen Security Force found two bags suspended from the bridge—one red fabric bag and one plastic bag with red lines.
Upon closer inspection, the officers confirmed that each bag contained a human head wrapped in plastic. The genders of the victims have not yet been determined. The prosecutor’s office has commenced investigations into the incident.
In a separate incident on Sunday, a deadly shooting occurred in the Emeterio González alley in the Altamira Sur neighborhood. One man was killed, and two suspects were apprehended—one of whom is a 16-year-old minor, and the other a 45-year-old man.
