The arrest was made possible through a coordinated operation by municipal police, utilizing surveillance cameras in the vicinity. Police reports indicate that officers were alerted by a passerby who reported hearing gunfire inside the establishment. Responding swiftly, the police discovered that a shooting had taken place around 10:28 PM on the second floor of the nightclub.

Witnesses recounted seeing a man and a woman, estimated to be in their late twenties, confront an individual and open fire, striking him in the chest, back, and head. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers found four 9mm bullet casings at the site.

Following the gathering of descriptions of the assailants, authorities conducted a systematic search in the area. Surveillance footage enabled them to track a specific vehicle thought to be linked to the suspects, leading to its interception in the Dávila neighborhood. The vehicle occupants, identified as Jorge “N” (29 years old), América “N” (24), and Jazmín “N” (20), were found in possession of 25 plastic packets containing a substance suspected to be crystal meth.

The suspects have been taken into custody and are awaiting further investigation by the appropriate judicial body.
