Reports indicate that around 7:45 PM, the police were alerted about a banner with an intimidating message, written in black letters, which was hanging in front of the Federal Electricity Commission offices. The suspects, described as three men dressed in black and wearing caps, fled the scene in a golden vehicle.

The message on the banner read:
“SAÚL NAJAR Y ALEXIS PORTILLO REGRESEN LOS CUADROS QUE SE ROBARON DE ALLA O LES BOY A EMPEZAR A PEGAR EN SU MADRE SEGUNDA LLAMADA NO VA VER 48 HRS PARA REPORTARSE PUTOS LACRAS ATTE: EL DE CUU.”

The authorities have taken custody of the banner as part of their investigation.
