The event is well-supported by the State Government, under the leadership of Governor Marina del Pilar, and promises to deliver both excitement for racing enthusiasts and a boost to local tourism.
A total of 234 teams have signed up from countries around the world, including Argentina, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, the United States, Japan, and Mexico. Registration remains open until April 3, and more participants are expected to join.
Miguel AguÃñiga RodrÃguez, the State Tourism Secretary, remarked: “The SCORE San Felipe 250 is much more than a race—it’s a pivotal tourism booster that showcases Baja California to the world. It celebrates a blend of sport, adventure, and the distinct hospitality our region offers.”
Participants have already started getting acquainted with the official 250-mile route, which is known for its challenging terrain and technical obstacles in the San Felipe desert.

– Thursday, April 3: Exclusive qualification round for Trophy Trucks.
– Friday, April 4: Official mechanical inspections (Tech & Contingency) begin, along with a fan, media, and racer meetup.
– Saturday, April 5: 6:00 a.m. – Motorcycles and Quads commence their race; 10:00 a.m. – Four-wheel vehicles start their journey.
– Sunday, April 6: The event concludes with an award ceremony, celebrating the spirit of off-road racing.
