According to Laureano Carrillo RodrÃguez, Secretary of Citizen Security for Baja California, one complaint was submitted to the State Attorney General’s Office, while the second was sent to the Internal Control Body of the security department. “We are taking these complaints seriously and have initiated investigations,” said Carrillo RodrÃguez, who also mentioned that while additional allegations have emerged on social media, none have yet turned into formal complaints.
