**Human Remains Found with Threat for Rosarito Police Officers**

The mutilated body of an individual was discovered in two separate plastic bags along the Tijuana-Rosarito highway on the afternoon of Thursday, September 26. Alongside the remains was a threatening message seemingly aimed at police officers from Playas de Rosarito.

According to information received, the emergency center was alerted around 5:35 PM about suspicious objects and a cardboard note with red lettering near the Loma Blanca bridge on the mentioned highway. Upon arrival, the authorities found a black bag containing human parts, including an arm and a leg. Another report indicated that a second bag also containing remains was located on the highway near Cuesta Blanca slaughterhouse and the altar dedicated to singer “Chuy Montana,” directed toward Tijuana. Both bags had attached messages containing threats.

The note was specifically directed at Rosarito police officers Andres Garcia Curiel and Pedro Cesar Silva Ibanez. It read:

“ROSARITO POLICE ANDRES GARCIA CURIEL AND PEDRO CESAR SILVA IBANEZ, WE DON’T WANT ANY OF YOUR RELATIVES, NO F****** ROSARITO POLICEMAN LIVING IN TIJUANA. NO WARNING WITHOUT DECEIT. YOU PIGS JUST KIDNAP PEOPLE AND KILL THEM. THIS IS BANDIT AGAINST BANDIT. F*** YOU ALL.”
