Four officers from the State Police in Rosarito have been temporarily relocated from their duties following the lodging of two formal complaints since the state police assumed control over local security beginning March 7th. The Baja California Secretary of Citizen Security, Laureano Carrillo RodrÃguez, confirmed that one complaint has been filed with the State Attorney General’s Office, while the other was directed to the Internal Control Body of the security department.
