In Rosarito, four state police officers have been temporarily removed from their duties amid two formal complaints since the state police assumed local security responsibilities on March 7th. Carrillo RodrÃguez stated that one complaint has been filed with the State Attorney General’s Office and another with the security department’s Internal Control Body. “We have received two formal complaints about the state police, and investigations are currently underway,” he reported.
