**Threatening Narcomant Seen Hung in Ensenada Targeting Ministerial Agent**

A threatening message, known as a narcomant, was discovered hanging on the railing of the El Gallo traffic node bridge in Ensenada. This alarming find was reported early Monday morning, October 14, at the intersection of Reforma and Esmeralda streets in the Valle Dorado neighborhood.

The narcomant, with menacing words inscribed in black and red letters, specifically named two individuals: Raúl Edgardo Millán and Armando Reyes Arredondo. The latter is an agent of the State Prosecutor’s Office and has been associated with allegations of fraud and corruption.

Signed by a group identified as “La Maña,” the message demanded the return of money and weapons that were promised, warning of severe consequences if the demands were not met. Authorities were notified of the banner at approximately 6:48 a.m. through the C-5 system.

The message read: “This is for you, rat thief Raúl Edgardo Millán, return the money or the weapons you promised. You and the ministry rat who comes cast from San Quintín, Armando Reyes, this will cost you,” concluded with an ominous warning from “La Maña.”

Investigators from the State Investigative Agency were dispatched to collect the evidence, and the presence of forensic experts was requested to process the scene.
