– **Vicente Robles**: Appointed as the Commander of the Traffic Division, Robles has predominantly built his career in this division, except for a brief removal by former director Pedro Mendivil.
– **Alejandro Peña**: Another commander appointed by Chan. Chan is also in the process of establishing two operational sub-directorates but has yet to identify suitable candidates for these positions.
Chan also announced plans to meet with District Attorney María Elena Andrade in the upcoming days and mentioned ongoing collaborations with the General to sustain control in the southern zones of Mexicali.
