### Security Guard Injured During Armed Attack at Marbella Bar
A security guard was injured following an armed attack at the Marbella bar located on Díaz Ordaz Boulevard. The incident took place early Sunday morning, around 5:24 a.m., involving gunfire exchanged near the intersection of the mentioned boulevard and Mexico Avenue in the Veracruz neighborhood.
Upon the arrival of emergency units, it was reported that a 59-year-old security guard from Sinaloa had been injured in the attack. A ballistic evidence was found at the scene. The injured guard managed to transport himself to a nearby hospital using the security company’s vehicle. He is in grave condition, currently receiving medical attention for abdominal gunshot wounds.
Further investigation revealed that the assailant fled the scene in a gray Ford Fiesta Sedan. Through surveillance footage, the vehicle was tracked down to the parking lot of another bar located on the same boulevard, between 34th South Avenue and 37th South Avenue. Authorities apprehended the alleged shooter, a Tijuana native, and secured the vehicle, which had multiple ballistic signs.
