## Man Arrested for Domestic Violence, Illegal Deprivation of Liberty, and Attempted Femicide in Tijuana
State Citizen Security Force (FESC) officers have arrested a man wanted for committing gender-based crimes. The suspect, identified as Pablo “N”, 31, from Tijuana, had an active arrest warrant issued by the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE).
The arrest occurred on First Street, between Miguel F. Martínez and C Niños Héroes avenues in the Zona Centro neighborhood of Tijuana. The suspect exhibited nervous behavior upon seeing the state agents, which led to his detainment.
Although nothing illicit was found on him at the time of the arrest, a check of his records through Baja California’s Command, Control, Communication, Computing, Quality and Citizen Contact Center (C5) indicated that he had an outstanding warrant. The charges include Physical and Psychological Domestic Violence, Aggravated Illegal Deprivation of Liberty, and Attempted Femicide.
Pablo “N” has been handed over to the State Attorney General’s Office, which will determine his legal situation under the penal case 1955/2023 and NUC 04-2020-33759.
