**Residents of Maclovio Rojas Lodge Formal Complaint with State Prosecutor**
Tijuana – Residents from the Maclovio Rojas community have approached the State Prosecutor’s Office to file a complaint against state and federal officials. They allege that these officials disclosed their community’s information to the Ejido Francisco Villa.
Martha Coronado, a representative of the community, has accused the Ejido Francisco Villa of obtaining their data from the IMOS offices illegally. “Our data has been handed over to this Ejido, and the law mandates that our information is protected,” she stated.
Outside the prosecutor’s office, residents waiting to be attended by institutional representatives claimed they have faced harassment, allegedly from representatives of the Ejido Francisco Villa. “They have visited homes to intimidate people and threaten the elderly to sign documents. Public officials are involved in acts of corruption, and there’s no reason for the Ejido Francisco Villa to be inside the IMOS facilities,” Coronado asserted.
Among those accused are the governor of Baja California, Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda, the undersecretary of governance, César Yáñez, and the director of Indivi, Saúl Osnaya. The government’s regularization efforts are perceived as favoring Ejido Francisco Villa, according to community founder Nicolasa Ramos, who stands firm in defending her family’s legacy and property. “We built the schools ourselves, and the government has merely taken from what we worked for,” she expressed.
The elderly resident hopes their demands reach the presidency so a just solution can be reached. “We already have rights here. We’ve paid our dues and now await justice,” she reiterated.
