Celebrating 96 years of excellence, LA Cetto has consistently honored the land that produces their grapes and the wine enjoyed by millions across more than 20 countries. Under the leadership of Luis Agustín Cetto, LA Cetto remains a pioneering figure in the Mexican wine industry.
On the sunny afternoon of August 10th, LA Cetto opened its doors to 900 guests for a traditional celebration. The event began with a mass of thanksgiving, followed by the blessing of the first grape milling. Attendees, including family members, close friends, and the public, took part in the ceremonial process.
Guests then had the opportunity to sample LA Cetto’s signature wines against the backdrop of the vineyard’s sprawling landscape where the grapes are cultivated and processed into white, red, rosé, sparkling, and premium wines. After several toasts and a grape-stomping contest, a four-course meal was served on the terrace. The celebration also highlighted 59 new medals awarded to LA Cetto for various wine labels.
The event concluded with a surprise performance by the Mexican pop band Sentidos Opuestos. Alessandra Rosaldo and Chacho Gaytán captivated the audience with hits like “Amor de papel,” “¿Dónde están,” and “Ardiente tentación.” A stunning fireworks display illuminated the Valle and LA Cetto’s vineyards, wrapping up an unforgettable evening.
