Among the notable guests will be Nobel Prize in Literature laureate Abdulrazak Gurnah, Cervantes Prize winner Luis Mateo Díez, and recipient of the FIL Award for Literature in Romance Languages, Mia Couto. Marisol Schulz Manaut, the fair’s general director, emphasizes that Spain’s involvement marks their most extensive delegation to date at FIL, with 229 representatives showcasing “diversity from many cultures.”
